Love Blyth

thf publications ltd, a specialist self-funding publisher of high quality brochures, magazines and folders of essential information, is publishing a high quality magazine on behalf of Blyth Development Trust (a local charity passionate about all things Blyth).

The high quality magazine is entitled “Love Blyth”, Northumberland’s Seaside Port, Past Present and Future to commemorate the port and town hosting the 2016 North Sea Tall Ships Regatta. The magazine will feature articles about the town’s illustrious past including coal mining, ship building and the railways, examine the decline of those industries and look at the role of the Port of Blyth and its partners in developing engineering skills in the gas, oil and renewable energy sectors which is providing the much needed employment opportunities in the town and region. The magazine will feature articles from the major employers in the town such as the Port of Blyth, Port Training Services, Blyth Tall Ship, Newcastle University School of Marine Sciences, Northumberland College, Arch, Catapult, Active Northumberland, Northumberland County Council, Drager and a few more. They will discuss their current and future plans for the town in particular and the region in general.

Local businesses based in south-east Northumberland are being invited to showcase their businesses. Places are limited to the first 20 south east Northumberland based businesses.
