5 Year Milestone for Executype PA
Executype PA Ltd, who provide administration, call answering and virtual office services, have celebrated their 5 year anniversary this month. The team at Executype PA celebrated the occasion on 17th May from their offices at The Town Hall Chambers Conference and Business Centre in Wallsend.
Founder and Director at the Company, Carol Charlton, said “we’re so proud to have been in business for 5 years, serving clients in the North East and throughout the rest of the UK. It hasn’t been easy but here we are and we’ve have the good fortune to see many other businesses in the region grow and whom have used our services.”
Carol continued “we have a very strong client base now, each client is very different and have different requirements from our services. Our clients cover a range of industries including property, law, engineering, technology, coaching, construction and e-commerce retailers as well as individuals and entrepreneurs.”
Since being based at the Town Hall Chambers the Company’s call answering arm of the business has expanded and Sharon Watson joined the team in February this year and adds a valuable resource to this exciting part of the business.
As flexible working increases, and budgets remain constrained in many small businesses, these types of services set to become more favourable to small businesses, helping them to overcome short term resource issues as and when they occur.
Carol said “I honestly believe that we have been so successful because we are different to other providers, our clients know they have a team to rely on, it’s not just one person, there is always backup resource, plus as well as providing our services from our Wallsend office we also go out to clients offices to carry out various tasks including minute taking and office cover during absences.”
The team are strong, connected and ready to take on the next 5 years with further business growth planned for the next 12 months and beyond.
