New ranges boost impressive growth for James Briggs
Oldham based James Briggs Ltd, one of Europe’s largest manufacturers of aerosol and consumer chemicals, has continued to expand its portfolio with the launch of two new product ranges, in what has been a landmark year for growth and distribution for the business.
Premiere Products, which came under the ownership of James Briggs in 2015, officially launched the new ranges in Amsterdam earlier this month to an audience of potential trading partners.
Kitchen Force is a new range of cleaning chemicals that has been developed for the Catering and Food Preparation industries, including products for hospitality hygiene, front of house and food manufacture. Additionally, James Briggs’ Auto and Lubricant brand portfolio was expanded to further complement the existing JBL hygiene ranges that include Nilco, Tek and Autotek.
Commenting on the news, James Briggs CEO Tim Pugh said: “These latest ranges are evidence of our growth strategy in action as we look to reach new international markets.”
James Briggs has enjoyed an impressive 12 months, reporting a 104 per cent year on year brand growth at the end of Q2, a reflection of developments in the company’s distribution network, with major deals announced in the UK, Ireland, wider Europe and the Middle East.
Tim Pugh finished: “The deals we have signed in the last year have really catapulted the growth of the business, and we know that in order to sustain this growth we must keep developing and bringing new products to the table. For this reason we continue to invest in our brands and look for ways to improve our offering for new and existing partners.”
