Filipe Martins joins expanding Portsmouth team
Hampshire & Regional Property Group has expanded its team with the appointment of Filipe Martins as development manager.
He joins as the Portsmouth-based property development company takes the lead on an increasing number of regeneration projects across the Solent region and has grown its team as a result in order to progress projects through to planning and onto site.
Filipe is a chartered surveyor and comes from a commercial property background, with particular expertise in professional services and valuation. He will be responsible for ensuring projects for Hampshire & Regional Property Group’s clients are run with utmost efficiency and achieve maximum value.
Allan Gordon, managing director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Filipe to the team. His precise financial forecasting and risk management skills are second to none and we know his specialisms will bring real value to our growing list of clients.”
Filipe, who lives in Portsmouth, added: “I’m excited to join Hampshire & Regional Property Group, particularly at this time of growth for the company. Having worked in the Solent Region all my career I’m looking forward to playing a part in developing the region’s economy through Hampshire & Regional Property Group’s projects.”
Hampshire & Regional Property Group is currently overseeing a number of significant regeneration projects across the Solent Region, including the multi-million pound transformation of Southampton’s former fruit and vegetable market into 270 flats for the rental market under a Private Rented Sector scheme
