Teesside's ESA launches European sister company

Elite Serviced Apartments (ESA), a Teesside provider of corporate serviced apartments, has branched off into Europe through the formation of a new sister company, ESA Europe Limited.

The firm represents high-end serviced apartment properties located in Sitges, Tarragona and Barcelona in Northern Spain, currently available for short, medium or long term let for business users.

W assistance from the UKTI’s Passport to Export programme, expansion plans began summer 2015 and properties have since been refurbished.

ESA says its decision to venture into Europe was made as a result of receiving demands from numerous current clients, who were developing new on-site project commissions in North Eastern Spain.
