SMEs need to act for Auto Enrolment

Auto Enrolment is a reality for businesses, including SME’s. Employers need to understand the facts behind their responsibilities, abide by the new legal requirement or face expensive consequences.

Whatever your views on Auto Enrolment, as an employer you have a legal obligation to set up a pension scheme for your employees.

This is part of the Government’s initiative to ensure the growing elderly population has a larger retirement fund.

Most SMEs have to stage between April ’16 and Oct ’17 but still do not understand the process and the implications to you and your business for Pensions, Payroll and HR.
