Dacres Recruits High Profile Estate Agent Tim Waring

LONGSTANDING Harrogate estate agent Tim Waring has joined Dacre, Son & Hartley as a director and will specialise in selling top end homes across the company’s wide spanning North Yorkshire office network. He also joins the board at Dacres, which employs a 160 strong team across its 21 offices.

Tim brings a wealth of experience to the position after previously spending 11 years as Knight Frank’s office head in Harrogate. Prior to that he worked at Carter Jonas as the firm’s national head of residential.

Tim originally launched his property career at Dacres where he spent 10 years and also qualified. He is now a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

In his new role, he will predominantly specialise in marketing homes priced above £500,000 in and around Harrogate, and will work with the company’s North Yorkshire branch network which includes Wetherby, Ripon, Knaresborough, Thirsk and Pateley Bridge.

Tim, who is a longstanding Harrogate resident, says: “This move is a fantastic opportunity to continue my career at an extremely well-known and successful, regional based firm. After originally embarking on my property career at Dacres as an 18 year old, it feels great to be back.
