422 scores with New Balance
Manchester based production house shoots ads for Warrington based kit giant
City centre based 422 Shoots was appointed by London production company, Pulse and creative agency ZAK to facilitate a shoot for a online advert to mark the launch of two new football boots from New Balance Football.
Featuring Manchester City winger Jesus Navas, Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey and Valencia forward Alvaro Negredo, the second online commercial, Game on /Game over was shot across two days in Manchester and Valencia.
Directed by Luc Janin and produced by John Bannister the video launches New Balance’s new Furon boot and a new colour way for its popular Visaro product launched in May 2016. New Balance re-entered the football boot market last Spring.
The video shows the premier league players showing off their skills, highlighting the capabilities of the newly developed boots. A purpose built set was created with dynamic striped colours. This is the third shoot that 422 Shoots has facilitated for New Balance Football; previous campaigns include ‘Make Chances, Take Chances’ and #NBFootball.
Commenting on the campaign, Gemma Ackerley, client services director at 422 said “We were delighted to host New Balance for its most recent campaign. We have a strong heritage in the football market and relish working with creative brands such as New Balance.”
