Hull chocolate manufacturer secures £300k from One Stop Business Finance

East Yorkshire’s One Stop Business Finance Ltd has completed a working capital finance deal with Three Crowns Confectionery Ltd, based in Hull.

Lending £300k with One Stop Business Finance’s own funding, the transaction facilitated the Management Buy In of Three Crowns on behalf of its managing director Mike Flower.

The business, which manufactures chocolate for the likes of Thorntons, will use the loan to pay off the existing overdraft and to provide gap funding for business expansion.

This is the latest of a number of transactions for One Stop Business Finance which continues to grow by offering bespoke, short term lending solutions to its clients. It has also brokered a large number of invoice finance, commercial property and fixed asset deals over the past few months.

The legal work on this project was undertaken by Ben Slack and Russell Stevens of Clarion Solicitors in Leeds.
