Barratt Site Managers scoop National Housebuilding Award
Five site managers working for local housebuilder, Barratt Manchester, have each scooped a prestigious award in a national competition to find the best-run construction sites in Britain.
The five winners were Neil Salisbury, at Cottam Meadows in Preston, Jim Thompson at Elworth Gardens in Sandbach, Ian Noonan at Winnington Dale, Northwich, Steve Jordan at The Vistas in Heywood and Sean O’Regan at Hillside in Hyde. Each earned official recognition for their outstanding site management skills with a Pride in the Job Quality Award.
The Pride in the Job Quality Awards are the most coveted in the housebuilding industry. They are awarded by the construction sector’s professional body, the National House-Building Council (NHBC), which carries out a series of spot check site inspections to select the best-organised and best-quality housing developments.
Almost 15,000 site managers through the UK were judged on every aspect of their job, including technical skill, quality workmanship, customer service and site safety.
John McNulty, Barratt Manchester Construction Director, said: “To be officially recognised for the outstanding job which our winning site managers carry out on a daily basis, further strengthens our reputation for building some of the best quality homes in the country.
“The site manager plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality new homes which is why we are so delighted with these national awards. This is truly an outstanding result and one which should inspire great confidence in our buyers.”
Five star housebuilder Barratt Manchester offers a stunning choice of homes for sale all over the North West. For further information call the sales team on 0844 2733640.
