Teesside to celebrate launch of central serviced offices
A newly renovated building in the heart of Stockton-On-Tees is set to officially open its doors this month to businesses looking for a serviced office solution.
Gloucester House - which is located on Church Road, and set in the historic quarter of Stockton - boasts 42 modern offices with exceptionally fast 500Mb Internet access, free parking and a state of the art InTouch telephone system. It has been designed by the new owners to meet the dynamic growth needs of a range of businesses in the area.
Central Stockton has seen a rise in the number of new businesses taking up residency in the town centre, with Gloucester House and its neighbouring Beaumont House already housing 16 new companies from a range of industries, with the capacity for another 40 SMEs to move in.
Derek Laird from Next Level Security Systems, who moved into the building recently said that Gloucester House “provided a prestigious building that exceeded our expectations”.
“It was an easy decision for Next Level Security Services - Jeff and his team have provided an excellent building with outstanding facilities, onsite parking, super fast Internet and fully serviced offices” he added.
All prices are inclusive of business rates, utilities and high speed Internet with easy in, easy out terms to suit your business. The building has a range of office suites from 114 sq ft to 550 sq ft across 3 floors.
Jeff Highfield, Managing Director for Gloucester House and Beaumont House spoke about the launch, saying “Following the impressive regeneration of Stockton Town Centre, North Shore and Beaumont House, we’re thrilled to be officially opening Gloucester House.
“The building has been designed to be a state of the art hub for businesses - it has all the mod cons needed to effectively run a business, including access control with key less entry, High Definition CCTV, exceptionally high speed internet and a new telephone system.
“We’re keen to establish Stockton as a bustling community campus with businesses from all industries and Gloucester House is the perfect building to cater for this vision. We’re looking forward to welcoming people to the offices for the opening event on 4th July”.
Following the regeneration work, which was finalised last month, the building will celebrate its official opening on Monday 4th July from 2pm with networking, drinks and canapes. The Mayor of Stockton-On-Tees will officially open the offices, with other guests including representatives from Stockton Council and local business in attendance on the day.
