Dacres Commercial Sells Sheffield Office Building

DACRES COMMERCIAL has sold a modern office building on Rutland Road in Sheffield on behalf of NG Bailey to dental appliance manufacturer S4S (UK) Limited, which plans to transform the building into one of the UK’s most advanced dental laboratories.

The detached building covers 806 square meters (8,676 sq ft) of office space spread over two floors, with parking for 25 cars. Dacres Commercial jointly marketed the building with the Sheffield office of BNP Paribas on behalf of NG Bailey, who are a leading independent engineering, IT and facilities services business.

S4S and their sister company Smilelign Limited employs more than 30 staff and produces a range of dental appliances for the treatment of snoring, sleep apnoea, bruxism and orthodontics. The company will relocate from its current premises on Acorn Business Park, Woodseats later this year.

S4S is a fast growing and successful local company that had outgrown its existing premises and there’s no doubt this property will provide a great platform to embark on its next phase of growth.”
