Reed Recruitment takes remaining office space at Unex Tower

The Unex Tower in Stratford has reached full capacity after Reed Recruitment leased the last remaining sliver of floor space at the tower.

Joining Newham Clinical Commissioning Group, Redrow Homes and Glenny LLP at the building, the recruitment firm have taken up the remaining 4,800 sq ft of office space which is now fully let.

The tower, owned by the Unex Group, is a mixed-used building which was completed in November last year and boasts 50,000 sq ft of office space on its first five floors with residential units on the other 20 floors.

Located opposite Stratford tube station, the tower is a major focal point in the East London district which has undergone significant regeneration before and after the London Olympics in 2012.

Adrian Morris, managing director at Unex Group commented: “Unex Tower provided Grade A office space in the heart of Stratford during a time when there was little ‘Grade A’ built stock available.

“Letting the majority of the building before it practically completed reflects the quality and location of the building and demonstrates the level of demand we subsequently had. We are extremely delighted to have secured lettings on the whole of the building within such a short space of time.”
