Leeds digital and creative agency Zeal to open London office
Zeal, the Leeds-based creative and digital agency, is set to open a London office.
Opening its doors on the 1st of September, the decision to open an office in the Capital was one the company debated for a while.
Jane Rutter, Zeal’s managing director, said: “I never wanted Zeal to be ‘just another agency’. It turns out that our point of difference over the past 7 years has been this…we get stuff done.
“It’s why we’ve grown, it’s why we’ve got some incredible clients, and it’s why we’ve pinched a lot of work from large London agencies.
“It’s these clients, and the possibility of more, that prompted us to start looking for a new London home. I want to bring our no-nonsense, do what we say we will, Northern attitude to London and I want us to be closer to the clients that have supported us in our growth.”
The agency has continued to grow and expand since being launched seven years ago. Now, Zeal is based in Marshalls Mill in the Holbeck area of the city, and recently appointed four new members of staff brings the total staff count to 22.
The new London office will allow Zeal to be on hand to service current London-based clients including British American Tobacco, Epson, Page and Cooper and Benefit Cosmetics and also attract new clients.
The new office will be headed up by Kristina Bergwall who will be relocating down South.
Kristina said: “I’m really excited to have been given this opportunity to grow Zeal’s presence in London and head up the new office as we expand.
“Professional and personally I’m looking forward to beginning a new chapter down South.”
