Mark Small Launches Exclusive Signature Charity Ball

Property specialists, Signature Group by Mark Small have launched a charity ball which is set to be one of the most exclusive events in the North East. On Friday 9th December, The Signature Charity Ball will take place at the internationally acclaimed Sage Gateshead, occupying the whole venue for one night only.

The launch of the event takes place after a very fruitful six years as a now well-established estate agency which has expanded across the whole North East, covering a total of 16 areas. The estate agency now boasts £350 million worth of properties sold to date, as well as substantial income from three further companies including Signature Finance, Signature Law and Signature Design & Construction.

The Signature Charity Ball will take place during the most vibrant month of the year, with the aim to raise a substantial amount of money for the Calvert Trust Kielder, Silverline Memories and the North Music Trust.

The evening is set to be one of the most exclusive black tie events in the North East, with live performances and music from The Strictly Smokin’ Big Band, a casino hosted by Grosvenor Casinos, a three course meal and much more to be announced. To coincide with the entertainment, there will also be a range of fundraising activities including live and silent auctions, raffles and competitions to raise as much money for the nominated charities as possible. The event is further supported by its two main sponsors; Lowes Financial Management – one of the longest standing and most respected Independent Financial Advisers in the UK, and Aston Martin Newcastle known for its luxury brand at their £4million state of the art facility at Silverlink, Wallsend which was launched in March this year; a selection of their models will be on display on the evening. The event is also supported by Barclays, the multinational banking and financial services company.

Mark Small, Managing Director of the Signature Group, commented:

Not only is the event going to generate a fantastic amount of money for the three charities, but it also offers a great networking opportunity for businesses and people in the North East.”

The Signature Charity Ball has already sold 400 seats, with circa 550 expected to attend. Mark continued:

We have single seats at £100+VAT per person or tables for £850+VAT, which is a really great price for an event like this.”
