Accountancy firm PM+M announces Bury expansion

Accountancy and business advisory firm PM+M is expanding after securing a new 1,622 sq ft office in Bury.

The company, which also provides wealth management services, has signed a lease for space at Waterfold Business Park.

PM+M’s new site is now undergoing a refurbishment programme, with staff due to move in by early September.

The Waterfold Business Park office will be led by Helen Clayton, PM+M’s head of corporate services, and offer clients access to the company’s complete range of services through its corporate services, wealth management, tax, technology and Run My Business teams.

The launch of the new Bury base will follow the relocation of PM+M’s Burnley office from Cow Lane to Finsley Gate in November 2015.

Commercial property firm Nolan Redshaw was the agent on the deal, whilst Forbes Solicitors acted for PM+M.

PM+M’s managing partner, Jane Parry, commented: “We have been looking to open an office in Bury for a while now and we feel that the Waterfold Business Park is the ideal location.

“The town and its surrounding areas are real hubs of entrepreneurial activity so our aim is to now build on our profile and offer local businesses the high level of service that we pride ourselves on.”
