Graduate jobs available at leading commercial property agency
One of the region’s leading commercial property agents is on the look-out for graduate surveyors following an increase in activity across all business sectors.
Available at Bruton Knowles the majority of the positions up for grabs are in the firm’s Gloucester and Birmingham offices, however other opportunities do exist at other locations.
Heading the search is HR Director Neil Young who now wants to hear from those who think they’ve got what it takes to make it in the commercial property sector.
With its unique graduate programme tailored to the individual so that they attain their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) accreditation, interest in the positions is expected to be high in what has become a high growth sector in recent years.
And with Bruton Knowles’ graduate programme delivering a 100 per cent APC pass rate, those wanting to start off their career in the best possible way will find these positions ideal.
Neil said: “At present we’ve got a wide range of opportunities for graduates looking to develop their skills by working alongside experienced surveyors who are involved with a host of exciting projects.
“Following qualification our philosophy is to provide career opportunities centred around the individual and not pigeon hole them into something that doesn’t suit. Add to that Bruton Knowles’ history and reputation makes for a very attractive proposition and sound footing for a successful career.
“Priding ourselves on creating tailor made roles designed around individuals we only hire on a direct basis and from those who take the initiative.
“I now want to hear from those who think they’ve got what it takes, as opportunities like this do not come around that often.”
In addition to the graduate roles, Neil is also looking for a candidate to fill a Development and Valuation Surveyor position also in Gloucester.
Those interested in finding out more can visit the Bruton Knowles website.
Neil is also happy to hear from graduates via his LinkedIn account.
