Healthcare recruitment agency relocates to Leeds city centre's Fountain House

Pulse Healthcare Ltd has signed a new deal to take the the 2nd floor of Fountain House, 4 South Parade, in Leeds city centre.

Carter Towler let the 4,995 sq ft office suite to the healthcare recruitment agency on a 5 year lease.

Carter Towler’s Philip Shopland-Reed commented: “Fountain House is a very impressive building not only because of its imposing Headrow façade and location at the heart of the city centre business district but also because of its proximity to the train station, commuter routes as well as shops, restaurants and bars which make it a great place to work.

“Individual office suites and communal areas have all been completely refurbished and are now very smart and contemporary including LED lights throughout.

“There are however still suites available on the lower ground, ground and first floors.”

John Raven of Edwin Thompson, Fountain House’s asset manager, added: “We are delighted with the progress of this deal.

“The building has been upgraded to a very high standard and this had an almost immediate effect with us being able to achieve this excellent letting of the second floor virtually simultaneously with the completion of the recent refurbishment works.”
