Ask Italian restaurant chain to set up shop at Centre:MK
London-headquartered restaurant chain Ask Italian is set to open a new outlet at centre:mk in Milton Keynes.
Opening this autumn, the Italian restaurant brand has taken a 4,187 sq ft space over two floors with room for 160 diners, which will be located on Eagle Walk next to Middleton Hall.
It will mean that the south east shopping centre, the biggest in Milton Keynes, will boast 30 food and beverage providers which Hermes Investment Management, the firm which runs the centre, says equates to over 1,400 covers total.
Harry Heeley, Managing Director at ASK Italian, said: “With its large and affluent catchment, centre:mk is a prime location within the city centre and will benefit from the high footfall and provide a great all-day offer.
“We cannot wait to launch at centre:mk alongside the premium and international retail brand mix here.”
Ed Sellick, on behalf of centre:mk’s joint owners, Hermes Investment Management and AustralianSuper, said that the restaurant’s decision to open at the centre reflects its reputation as ‘one of the leading retail and leisure destinations’.
He added: The popular concept appeals to all ages and is perfect for daytime and evening trade. Our visitors will enjoy this new dining offer and Middleton Hall is a perfect showcase – providing the sense of entertainment whilst dining.“
“ASK Italian will complement and enhance our already strong food offer, cementing our position as the destination of choice for premier leisure and retail experiences in the South East.”
