New homes coming to Hetherset
A regional housebuilder says it expects demand to be high when it launches its new development in Hethersett this weekend.
The Kett’s Meadow development, being created by Persimmon Homes, is a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes located on Back Lane.
Michelle Baker, head of sales for Persimmon Homes Anglia, said: “The development is in a fantastic location, with a range of excellent local amenities close to hand and easy access to Norwich city centre. Our development will offer a great range of homes and designs which will appeal to a wider range of house buyers.
“Buying a home off plan, before even a brick has been laid, is often the best way to get a great deal. People getting in early can snap up the pick of the plots as they are released for sale and are usually able to tailor their home to their own taste by specifying their choice of fixtures and fittings.”
Michelle added: “We have a number of packages to assist those looking to move, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which enables people to purchase a new home with just a five per cent deposit.
“Anyone with an existing property to sell can ask us about our Part Exchange and Home Change schemes, which aim to save the buyer time and money.”
Persimmon Homes Anglia has new home developments throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.
