Barratt Homes welcomes another family to Hawley Gardens
Five Star housebuilder, Barratt Homes Manchester, has welcomed yet another new family to its development, Hawley Gardens in Thornton Cleveleys – thanks to the Government’s popular Help to Buy Scheme.
Ruth Sherliker, 28, and partner Alex Forsyth, 27, have celebrated becoming home owners for the first time with their children Elliot, 7, and Fay, 4, not to mention Daisy the family dog.
With a 5% deposit of their own, the young family is delighted to have moved to a stunning three bedroom, mews home at the development, which they bought for £140,000.
The family wanted to stay local to Flyde with Alex’s family and work as a distribution manager being based there, which also worked with Ruth’s position as a finance officer. Hawley Gardens was ideally situated for both, and the family instantly fell for the development, which they say gave them a good feeling as soon as they arrived at the ‘beautiful street.’ Viewing the show home soon sealed the deal – and the family has not looked back from there.
Now happily settled in to their spacious new home, the young family couldn’t be more delighted, and are full of praise for the excellent service they received from Barratt.
Ruth said; “Our sales adviser, Sue, was hugely helpful from the very start, making the process of buying our first home a dream right through to the end. We couldn’t be happier and I would absolutely recommend Barratt to any home buyers.“
Hawley Gardens is a stunning new development of spacious two, three and four bedroom homes located in Thornton Cleveleys, a beautiful seaside location popular with families, and within easy commuter reach of Preston, Lancaster and Blackpool.
As well as offering desirable family homes, the Hawley Gardens development, along with its neighbouring development, The Spinnings, have also brought with them substantial improvements to the local bus routes and nearby roads, in addition to investment in nearby outdoor recreational facilities and open spaces.
