Local sales adviser named winner of prestigious award

A sales adviser at Barratt Homes’ Vision development in Keighley has been recognised for excellence, having been named the winner of Barratt Homes’ Yorkshire West’s Sales Adviser of the Year award.

The award, which was set up in honour of Karen Townend, a former sales advisor across a number of Barratt developments in the region, recognises customer service excellence, and saw Geeta Solanki fight off competition from all other developments in the Yorkshire West division. She will now progress to the national round of the awards.

Speaking of her award, Geeta commented:

“It’s a huge accolade to have been named as sales adviser of the year for our division and everyone within our site is very proud of the award. It’s been a joy to be part of a hard working team here at Vision, and to have been recognised in this way is a huge thrill. During our time here we’ve successfully integrated into the thriving community here in Keighley, something that we strive to achieve with all our sites, and this award demonstrates the high levels of service that we strive for.”

Sam Wood, Sales Director at Barratt Developments Yorkshire West, commented:

“The sales adviser plays a pivotal role in being the first point of contact when a house hunter visits our homes, so it’s crucial that they provide a friendly face and impeccable customer service skills. During her time at Vision, Geeta has demonstrated an impeccable work ethic, and this award is very well deserved.”
