Middlesbrough office property in heart of new Enterprise Zone comes to market
Teesside commercial property firm Dodds Brown have brought a town centre office development to market in Middlesbrough.
The 1,650 sq ft property on the ground floor of 12-14 Albert Road is located in the heart of the town’s new Enterprise Zone near a number of established businesses in Middlesbrough including banks, insurance firms and solicitors.
The property is currently on the market with rent quoted to be in the region of £15,000 pa.
Senior Partner at Dodds Brown, Stephen Brown said that the property’s location makes it an ideal spot for a startup or established business looking to take advantage of additional support provided by regeneration in the area.
He said: “This office space offers great potential for a new business coming into the town, or an established business relocating. Albert Road is at the start of an extensive regeneration programme, with new businesses about to open up around these offices.
“It is close to shops, car parks and restaurants which are all improving and passing footfall is high. We can advise any potential tenants on help they could from the Council as a result of the Enterprise Zone and other initiatives. The town centre is fast improving as a key location for office-based businesses.”
