Property agents Bilfinger GVA and JLL, Leeds have been appointed as joint letting agents on a fully refurbished office property at Newcastle Business Park.
The 30,493 sq ft Weymouth House site at Hampshire Court has undergone significant refurbishment by Cauldwell Properties including full air conditioning, LED lighting and open plan office space.
Bilfinger and JLL are looking to let the the Grade A office space, which sits near Newcastle city centre and the A1 Western bypass, either by floor or wing section of the building, with units available 6,867 sq. ft. to 30,493 sq. ft.
There are also 100 dedicated parking spaces on site.
Tony Wordsworth, Director and Head of Office Agency at Bilfinger GVA in Newcastle, commented: “Refurbishment works to such a high specification are a relative rarity and the end product office space will be extremely attractive to potential occupiers seeking flexible open plan office accommodation with a good level of car parking as well as being within easy reach of both Newcastle City Centre and the trunk road network.”

He added: “We expect the property to appeal to a wide range of businesses. With the range of improvements made we feel the premises offer the right blend of amenities in an attractive waterfront location.”
