Lancashire accountancy firm PM+M establishes permanent Bury presence
North West accountancy and wealth management firm PM+M has expanded its regional network with the opening of a full-time office in Bury.
Located on Waterfold Business Park, the base is headed up by the company’s head of corporate services, partner Helen Clayton.
As with PM+M’s Blackburn HQ, the Bury site will offer businesses and individuals a complete range of services via its tax, wealth management, corporate services, corporate finance, technology and ‘Run My Business’ teams.
Clients working with the new office will have access to services such as tax planning, audit and accountancy, business sales and acquisitions.
Earlier this week (September 6), over 50 of PM+M’s clients and contacts, along with leading figures from the local business community, attended the Bury office’s opening reception. Commenting on the launch, Helen Clayton said: “Over the past few years, our client base has grown right across the North West and we have known for some time that we wanted to open an office in Bury.
“However, it was essential for us to find the right location.”
Helen continued: “We are now really excited to make our mark and our focus is firmly on growing our reputation in the town and becoming its leading firm of accountants.”
Jane Parry, the firm’s managing partner, said: “Having a permanent presence in Bury was the next step for us as a business.
“The town and its surrounding areas are hubs of entrepreneurial activity and we are now looking forward to playing our part in its future.”
