Four new stores opening at Liverpool ONE in time for Christmas
Property firm Grosvenor Europe has signed three new international brands for its Liverpool ONE retail and leisure complex.
The firm has today (September 12) revealed that outdoor apparel retailer Jack Wolfskin, chocolatier Lindt and stationery firm Smiggle are all due to open on Paradise Street in 2016.
German brand Jack Wolfskin will launch a 3,000 sq ft store, while immediately opposite – where Paradise Street intersects Peter’s Lane – Swiss company Lindt will make its Liverpool debut with a 1,000 sq ft shop.
Smiggle, which is headquartered in Australia, will establish a 700 sq ft unit immediately next door to Lindt.
Elsewhere, restaurant chain Cosy Club will open a new eatery above Lindt and Smiggle. The firm a offers casual dining and drinking experience.
All four stores will open in time for Christmas.

“Following on from the highly successful opening of Victoria’s Secret last month, they reinforce Liverpool ONE’s position as one of the leading retail and leisure destinations in the UK.”
Consultants Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors acted for Liverpool ONE, while letting agents Savills represented Jack Wolfskin, LRC Property represented Lindt and MMX Retail acted for Smiggle. Cosy Club, meanwhile, was represented by Insight Retail Consulting.
