Five new hires as PRWD continues high growth
Conversion optimisation agency, PRWD recently welcomed four new employees to accommodate their continued growth. The new recruits will support PRWD’s ever growing client base which includes, Wilko, Misspap, Games Workshop, Schuh, Money Supermarket and Harveys.
Phil Wharton, a Business Development Manager with over 9 years’ experience joins PRWD from his role at Magnafi. Phil will be responsible for the sales strategy of the business and his extensive experience in this area will be instrumental in the continued growth plans for the agency. Sophie Carsten, Optimisation Strategist, joins from IBM where she completed their graduate scheme, going on to become a scrum master working alongside clients such as Citi Bank and Apple.
Rachel Whelan joins PRWD as Marketing Executive and will support Marketing Manager Dante Naylor in the development and execution of the long term marketing strategy. Scott Woodcock fills the UX Designer post from Car Benefit Solutions where he worked alongside leading car manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz and Audi. Scott will bring test ideas to life, bridging the gap between creative and data. The agency has also taken on its first ever Optimisation Intern with David Mohr, an ecommerce student from Germany joining the team for the next six months. David approached PRWD after hearing about their position as the only UK representative in the Global Optimisation Group, a network of the world’s leading conversion optimisation agencies.

Carsten commented; “Being the latest of a few new starts, it’s great to see that I’ve joined at an exciting time where the business is growing and we’ve got a lot of interesting work coming up.
