Urban Decay opening its first boutique in Liverpool
Californian cosmetics company, Urban Decay, has announced it is opening its first boutique in Liverpool.
Opening on the corner of Liverpool ONE’s Paradise Street and Peter’s Lane, the American make-up brand has secured a 1,000 sq ft store for its new boutique which is set to open in time for Christmas.
Grosvenor Europe, which manages the 250,000 sq ft retail and leisure estate in the centre of Liverpool, said the new tenant will be the 20th brand to commit themselves to Liverpool ONE this year, following on from similar announcements from Jack Wolfskin, Lindt and Cosy Club.
Miles Dunnett at the property firm commented: “Urban Decay is another great addition to Liverpool ONE’s line-up of leading international brands.
“Their arrival is a reflection of our ongoing strategy to identify and secure the very best retailers and restaurants, and also reaffirms Liverpool ONE’s position as one of the most in-demand destinations in the UK.”
Ahead of the store’s opening, Isabel Malbois, General Manager of Urban Decay UK & Ireland, added: “Liverpool ladies are known for their love of makeup and have been incredibly loyal to the Urban Decay brand over the years.
“We are absolutely delighted to announce the opening of the ultimate destination for beauty junkies in the very heart of Liverpool.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors acted for Liverpool ONE in the deal.
