Debut outlet for The Food Yard to open in south west London

Healthy dining concept The Food Yard is to open its first UK outlet on the Fulham Road this Autumn.

The deli-style restaurant is due to open in late October after taking a 1,327 sq ft site at 279 Fulham Road, and will provide a menu of healthy food options including salads, juices and smoothies.

Featuring room for 20 covers, the restaurant will serve up breakfast and lunch dishes from its deli-style counter, allowing diners to create personalised combinations of homemade meals and salads.

Nassib Hamdane, Founder of The Food Yard described the Fulham Road as one of London’s most recognisable streets and the perfect fit for his first UK restaurant.

He said: “I am delighted to be opening my first UK restaurant on Fulham Road, one of London’s most iconic destinations. We have spent many months refining our menu which incorporates seasonal produce, which we feel will have a strong appeal in the area.

“It was important to us we secured a stand-out location for our debut – We could not have done better than Fulham Road.”

The property is part of the sizeable Sloane Stanley estate which has hundreds of properties spread across Chelsea.
