Bolton clearance company Wot Evry1 Wants secures £500k investment
Clearance firm Wot Evry1 Wants is on track for a record seven-figure turnover after landing contracts with some of the biggest retailers in the UK and securing a £500k invoice finance facility.
Launched from the home of Bolton entrepreneurs Naomi and Stephen Eskowitz in May 2014, the company has since grown rapidly and now expects its turnover to hit £1.5m by the end of 2017.
Wot Evry1 Wants sells clothing, homeware and stationery direct to retailers across the country, including high-street brand TK Maxx.
Now, Naomi and Stephen plan to invest in their business with the five-figure invoice finance package from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.
Naomi commented: “When we started the business we had no idea that we would be in as strong a position in such a short space of time.”
Wot Evry1 Wants operates from its HQ in Bolton and an additional base in Rochdale.
Naomi added: “[We] hope to continue to expand both our product range and our services in the coming months.
“To continue to expand quickly we needed to invest in the company, and approached Lloyds Bank for a flexible funding package that would enable us to release money from unpaid invoices when needed.”
Rob Walters, a relationship manager with Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, attributed Wot Evry1 Wants’ growth to Naomi and Stephen’s “ambition and drive”.
He continued: “When growing, it’s vital that firms like Wot Evry1 Wants have the tailored funding needed to expand.
“Invoice finance facilities are perfect for businesses that need to invest in their firm quickly as it enables owners to release capital without affecting day-to-day cashflow.”
