Kings Chambers Golf Day was a success
Kings Chambers has raised nearly £6,000 for Kidscan after holding a successful Golf Day fundraiser with clients and barristers at Mottram Hall in Cheshire.
Money raised from the event was donated to Kidscan, a children’s cancer research charity that funds research into drug treatments for childhood cancer and support programmes for children suffering with cancer.
The winning team of the day was Ben Williams and Paul Clarke from Kings Chambers, Keith Edwards from HCC and Jonathan Bassey from Lavatech Ltd who was also the highest scoring individual.
Event sponsors include BCN Group, Frenkel Topping, Office Team and RMSPR.
Collin Griffin, chief clerk at Kings Chambers, said:
“Seeing everyone enjoy the Golf Day was brilliant, but it was even more pleasing that so much money was raised for Kidscan. A big thank you to all who attended for their generosity. It’s such a deserving charity which does fantastic work for children sadly suffering with cancer and their families.”
