£1m Air Factory trampoline park opens in St Helens

A new seven-figure trampoline park has opened its doors in St Helens.

The £1m Air Factory, which created 65 jobs, has turned a former Lea Green warehouse into a 21,000 sq ft arena filled with 100 interlinked trampolines.

St Helens Mayor Cllr David Banks, who officially opened the attraction on Monday (October 17), said: “It’s wonderful to finally get to see inside this important new leisure attraction and appreciate its size.

“Air Factory offers the people of St Helens somewhere to go that’s fun, accessible and with something for everybody to enjoy.”

In addition to its interlinked trampolines, Air Factory houses a basketball area, ninja warrior course and Olympic-sized trampolines.

Bin Chen, the director of Air Factory UK, commented: “Welcome to Air Factory, the area’s first trampoline park. I’m so pleased the attraction is now open and ready for people to experience it.

“Of course, there’s more than just trampolining on offer thanks to a spacious balcony café serving hot and cold food and drinks as well as an events space suitable for parties and other functions.”
