Pochin's enter new partnership with launch of MA6NITUDE

Pochin’s, the North West construction and property specialist, has relaunched Midpoint 18 business and distribution park as ‘MA6NITUDE’, as part of a new strategic partnership with international property developer db symmetry.

MA6NITUDE, which is situated a few minutes from the M6 in Middlewich, is currently undergoing a progressive three-phase development. As one of the North West’s biggest business and distribution parks, the site connects businesses operating in the North. A planning application has already been submitted for a speculative new 160,000 sq ft build, adding to the existing 450-acres.

Commenting on the deal, Pochin’s CEO Jim Nicholson said: “MA6NITUDE has long been held as our flagship development site, and the quality of its existing tenants highlights the role it plays in the Northern Powerhouse and UK logistics network. The additional knowledge and resources of db symmetry will only grow the site’s popularity at a crucial time when the North West is accelerating infrastructure development and the region’s standing as a key player in the national and international picture.”

Pochin’s sought db symmetry’s experience of developing key undustrial parks across the UK and Europe when relaunching MA6NITUDE. The new joint venture will link Pochin’s and db symmetry with a view to adding to a client portfolioincluding B&M Bargains, Tesco, Scottish Power, and Kuehne and Nagel.
