Sarah’s Winning Journey
Winns would like to congratulate Sarah Maddison on her new role within the group, as National Account Manager at On Medical.
Sarah, who is from Washington, joined the company back in December 2007 as a Legal Clerk in our main Brinkburn Office. After 18 months in this role, she then moved over to Heaton Road to join the Sales Team as a Business Development Executive in March 2009.
In September this year, she joined the team at On Medical as a National Account Manager. In her new role she will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key clients and accounts, while ensuring service levels are met and hopefully exceeded.
On Medical has recently been awarded tier one status by MedCo, the government-implemented medico-legal portal system. This landmark moves sees the company become the first ever medical agency to move from tier two to tier one – making it one of the top nine medical agencies within the UK. Sarah will assist in the further expansion of the business, due to the company’s new status.
Sarah said: “I’m thrilled with my new role at On Medical. Winns has always been a supportive and encouraging employer, continually providing opportunities for professional development and progression.
“It’s great that I have been able to work within multiple areas of the Winn Group, as this has enabled me to gain a really in-depth understanding of the business’ operations and procedures, meaning I can utilise my experience and company knowledge in my newest role.”
Commercial Director Ian Scanlan said: “It’s great to welcome Sarah to the team here at On Medical. She joins us at a very exciting time for the business following our landmark move from tier two to tier one status.
“With the help of our growing team, we look forward to going from strength to strength, while maintaining our reputation for outstanding client care and efficient service. I am confident Sarah can flourish in her new role and help to continue to drive the business forward.”
