Landwood strengthens property team with three key appointments
The Landwood Group, the leading Northern-based chartered surveyors, auctioneers and asset managers, have strengthened their property team with three key appointments.
Paul Holcroft joins Landwood’s Leeds office as an Associate Director from the Real Estate team at PwC in Leeds. Paul qualified as a chartered surveyor during his time at DTZ which he followed with key regional roles in commercial asset management.
His work at PwC focussed on recovery and restructuring and he brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of property classes, providing advisory work, asset management solutions and strategic input to maximise the value of property.
Holly Surplice and Amy Selfe have joined the Manchester office’s property team. Holly has spent the last five years working in commercial agency and valuations at Eddisons. She qualified in 2013 and joins Landwood as a Senior Surveyor, strengthening the restructuring and agency offering of the company.
Amy Selfe is the latest graduate to arrive at Landwood having recently acquired a BSc in Real Estate Management and Business at Liverpool John Moore’s University. Landwood will support Amy through her studies and help her to become a qualified chartered surveyor.
Landwood director Richard Parkinson said: “We are delighted to welcome these three talented individuals to our property teams in Manchester and Leeds. They are significant appointments as our property team continues to expand in the north of England in response to a growing workload and client list.”
