Building firm ForWorks secures housing contract hat-trick
North West construction company ForWorks is celebrating after landing a hat-trick of contracts with three housing providers.
Symphony Housing Group, the owner and manager 41k homes in the region, has tasked ForWorks with delivering its responsive, out-of-hours repair service to customers across Greater Manchester.
Salford-based ForWorks has also been selected by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing to undertake disrepair works to a number of its properties.
As part of the contract, the firm will install new bathrooms and kitchens and deliver repairs, in addition to larger structural works, to Rochdale Boroughwide’s 14k properties.
Elsewhere, Ribble Valley Homes chose ForWorks to carry out kitchen and bathroom works on its properties.
ForWorks’ managing director, Steve Parrington, said: “Securing three contracts with regional landlords demonstrates ForWorks’ ability to deliver first class services into the heart of communities.
“We are delighted to have been selected for these projects as we continue our growth in 2016 and beyond.”
The trio of wins follow ForWorks’ appointment on a £15.6m contract to deliver grounds maintenance works for City West Housing Trust.
Earlier this year, the company was also awarded a six-figure maintenance contract by health and social care charity Alternative Futures Group.
