London app blow LTD acquires fellow beauty services provider Return To Glory
London-based beauty services app blow LTD has acquired residential mobile beauty business Return To Glory.
blow LTD said the deal will significantly extend its market position, which encompasses a network of almost 300 professionals and more than 100k services delivered to date.
Following the transaction, blow LTD will now offer waxing, massages, pilates and yoga in addition to its signature ‘event ready’ blow dry, makeup and nail services.
blow LTD co-founder Fiona McIntosh said: “We are thrilled to be able to offer busy professional women exactly what they need – a full menu of expert beauty services delivered to their door, whenever and wherever they want them.
“This also means a wider range of expert beauty professionals can join the platform, enabling them to earn more, manage their time and become their own bosses.”
Fellow blow LTD co-founder Dharmash Mistry commented: “We are delighted to welcome the Return To Glory customers and excellent professionals, carefully built up over the past nine years, to the blow LTD platform.
“This combination will significantly extend blow LTD’s market leadership, bringing additional beauty and wellness services to our platform.”
Natasha Dwyer, the founder and CEO of Return To Glory, believes blow LTD’s market entry, investment and “focus on quality of service delivery, technology and culture” make it a perfect fit.
She continued: “We believe this combination will significantly enhance the proposition to both consumer and professionals.
“We will work closely with the blow LTD. team to ensure a seamless and successful transition.”
