Business Quadruples In Size At Birchwood Park

PATRIZIA UK, the manager of Birchwood Park, Warrington, is delighted to announce that current occupier, Learning Heroes, will be expanding to take up more space within the park.

Learning Heroes, an e-learning start-up business, will occupy office space at 401 Faraday. The business is relocating from the small suite facility in Newton House where it was founded two years ago.

After an incredibly successful start for the business, Learning Heroes has increased its number of staff and outgrown its current space at Newton House. The company, whose mission is to save the world from boring e-learning, will now move to 401 Faraday St and expand into a new office four times the size.

Learning Heroes growth is as a result of the team creating a disruptive product within the traditional e-learning market. Learning Heroes service is already popular with a multitude of household names and blue-chip clients, and is now expanding into the USA.

Employees will benefit from the on site facilities at 401 Faraday, designed to encourage collaborative and flexible working. ‘The Hub at 401’ provides Starbucks coffee, communal workspaces and informal meeting areas designed to support employee motivation and wellbeing.
