Sons & Co launches luxury residential development near Buckingham Palace
Property developers Sons & Co have launched a new residential development that sits less than half a mile from some of London’s most famous royal landmarks.
The seven-storey VI Castle Lane development is located in upmarket Victoria in the Birdcage Walk Conservation Area, and is situated in the same neighbourhood as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Mews and St James’s Park.
The 31 luxury housing units, which consists of 28 apartments and 3 townhouses, range in price from £1.295m to £3.785m, and are being targeted at professionals looking to move into the area before major developments in the area hike up prices.
This includes Land Securities’ Nova development which is set to bring 897,000 sq ft of mixed-use space to the area near Victoria Station, along with other developments in the historic Birdcage Walk Conservation Area.
Alex Stocker, Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Sons & Co., has described Victoria area as the ‘next Prime Central hotspot’ and said that the new development has been in high demand.
He commented: “Castle Lane is one of the most enviable London locations on the market right now. Our development is moments from some of London’s finest landmarks.
“Not everybody can boast the Queen as their neighbour, St. James’s Park as their playground and one of London’s oldest pubs, The Two Chairmen, as their seventeenth century local. Castle Lane residents can.
“The development’s location within the highly prestigious Birdcage Walk Conservation Area is really the icing on the cake.”
