Teesside legal team strikes deal with Boro star
Endeavour Partnership has advised a well-known Boro player on his new venture.
Dimi Konstantopoulos has recently opened a Greek restaurant in Middlesbrough with his business partner, Nikos Pitsoulis, and with the help of Endeavour Partnership’s commercial property team, ‘Great Greek’ launched last week.
The goalkeeper has invested £250,000 in the Linthorpe Road restaurant which will create 25 jobs and has also worked with Anderson Barrowcliff Chartered Accountants on various aspects of the business’s development.
Endeavour Partnership’s commercial property team has advised Dimi on elements such as the lease and terms for the restaurant and the completion of a second lease for a further unit.
The legal firm’s commercial property team is one of the most experienced in the North East and was recently placed in the top tier of the Legal 500’s rankings. Simon Wake, partner and head of commercial property, was named as an elite ‘leading lawyer’ on the list of the Legal 500’s 2016 guide to outstanding lawyers nationwide.
