Ryanair to launch Manchester to Naples route next summer
Budget airline Ryanair has announced it is to launch a new Manchester to Naples route for summer 2017.
The new three times weekly service will launch in April and adds to the carrier’s Milan, Bologna, Rome and Brindisi routes from Manchester Airport.
To drum up publicity for the new route, Ryanair has announced it will run a seat sale on its website offering tickets from £19.99 until next Tuesday 6 December.
Located in Southern Italy, the city of Naples straddles the picturesque Amalfi Coast and sits near Mount Vesuvius.
Stephen Turner, Commercial Director for Manchester Airport, added: “It’s great to see Ryanair offering our passengers even more choice for summer 2017.
“Naples is a fantastic city and the gateway to the Amalfi Coast and we’re sure the service will prove hugely popular with the 22 million people in our catchment area.”
