Final lease secured at Rotherham retail park
Gregory Property Group’s retail venture on Great Eastern Way, Rotherham, is now fully let.
In ‘N’ Out, the car MOT and servicing group, has secured a 5,000 sq ft unit on phase two at Gate Park as part of its UK expansion programme.
This means that Gate Park is now fully let with prime tenants including Aldi, Iceland and Home Bargains with other tenants including Pizza Hut, Barnardo’s and Formula One Autocentres.
Gregory Property Group acquired the four-acre vacant site in 2014 with a view to providing a discount goods offer to complement existing occupiers in the retail area which include ASDA, Morrisons and The Foundry Retail Park.
Andrew Foggitt, director of Gregory Projects said: “We are delighted to reveal the final occupier at Gate Park as we reach completion of phase two of the development.
“The project is testament to the quality of the location and the need for a range of discount shopping options for the Parkgate community.”
The Leeds office of Bilfinger GVA and the Sheffield office of Knight Frank have advised Gregory on the lettings.
Forward funding was secured from Bramall Properties Limited and Sheffield-based JF Finnegan was the Main Contractor.
