Award winning house builder launches in Penistone
Duchy Homes, Yorkshire’s award winning house builder has officially launched the sale of 11 new detached houses in Penistone, near Barnsley.
Planning permission was granted earlier this year for the Watermill Gardens development on the site of a former farm buildings off Barnsley Road in Penistone. Sales have been launched for the Watermill Gardens development which has a combination of four four-bedroom and seven five-bedroom detached properties.

The development is expected to complete at the end of 2017 and the show home will be open for viewing in Spring 2017. Prices start from £454,999.
