Barratt Homes Unveils new Garstang Homes

Five Star housebuilder, Barratt Manchester, has announced that it is throwing open the doors to its new Garstang development, just eight months after work started on site.

A new sales office has been launched at The Links development, which will comprise of 130 three and four bedroom homes, on land located off Kepple Lane. The Links will also include the creation of a wildlife-friendly wetland meadow, as part of Barratt Homes’ commitment to preserving and encouraging natural habitats.

Barratt Manchester Sales Director, Michaela Lancaster, said; “Early interest in the new homes has been exceptionally high. It seems that Garstang is particularly sought-after by young families keen to take advantage of the town’s excellent local schools, high quality amenities and easy access to the motorway.

Alongside the much-needed mix of new homes, Barratt Manchester has also made a substantial contribution to Wyre Council of around £4,600 per home – a total of more than £600,000. The funds will be used to help pay for community infrastructure, including road improvements and education provision.
