The new clean eating revolution coming to Huddersfield - Kick Start Fat Loss!
Local health specialist and fitness instructor Anne Little is bringing a unique nutritional programme to Huddersfield from January 9th.
She wants dieters to go natural and rely on food produced by local butchers, grocers, fishmongers and organic produce suppliers.
Kick Start Fat Loss, or KSFL for short, is a “clean-eating” regime and Anne says it’s a “revolution against processed food”.
The programme also focuses on combating stress, tiredness and mood and skin problems commonly associated with unhealthy diets.
The KSFL programme has clubs all over the UK, however, in Huddersfield it will be run under the Talk Active brand, where Anne is Managing Director. Talk Active provides exercise classes including Zumba and Pilates at locations around Huddersfield, and Anne believes a nutrition course like KSFL completes the Talk Active package.
Anne enthused: “KSFL is the missing link in what Talk Active does - we can now combine our exercise classes with this nutrition and clean-eating course. Exercise alone is not the key to weight loss, without the correct nutrition it can still be difficult to achieve your goals.”
She continues: “Kick Start Fat loss is not just a faddy diet - it can really help improve not only physical health, but mental wellbeing. At the beginning of a new year people begin to think about the ways in which they could be healthier and KSFL is a great way to help with that.”
Jayne Dawson, who has been following the KSFL programme for several weeks, said: “I’ve never had such a significant weight loss in such a short period of time. Even having the occasional ‘cheat day’ I managed to lose two and a half stone in seven weeks - which is amazing!”
“But it isn’t just about weight loss, your energy levels increase - by the second or third week there was a big difference. Being a woman of a certain age as well I was prone to mood swings and hot sweats, and KSFL has helped a lot with that too.”
Kick Start Fat Loss by Talk Active will be hosting a launch party open to the public on January 9th at Holmfirth Civic Hall from 7pm.
