'Major international retailer' lets LondonMetric Omega South warehouse
London-based property group LondonMetric has announced it has reached a conditional agreement to let one of its distribution developments in the North West.
According to the firm, an unnamed ‘major international retailer’ has conditionally exchanged contracts on its 357,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Warrington.
Located at the Omega South mixed-use development, the warehouse was completed on 7 November and sees the retailer sign on a new 15 year lease.
LondonMetric, which has around £1.5bn of property assets in its portfolio, said it expects the deal to become unconditional in January 2017.
LondonMetric was advised by DTRE and Jones Lang LaSalle. The distribution warehouse was developed in conjunction with Miller Developments.
