Local housebuilder sponsors Leeds City Rovers
Leading local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, is sponsoring Leeds City Rovers Football Club to help with running and kit costs for its teams. The football club trains at the Adel War Memorial ground, close to the David Wilson Bodington Manor development in Adel.
Leeds City Rovers is part of a community based sports group and is a not for profit organisation, with David Wilson Homes’ sponsorship providing necessary funding required to help with new football kits, training equipment, maintenance and other fees. The sponsorship is the latest donation reflecting the housebuilders’ commitment to working with existing communities in the areas in which it builds, having also supported the Donkey Sanctuary in Eccup and its on going support of the local charity, St Gemma’s Hospice.
Dan Hardcastle, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West commented:
“Leeds City Rovers is a great place for children and adults alike to come together and enjoy football through training and fixtures, so we’re very pleased to have the opportunity to support the great work the club does at our Bodington Manor development.”
Simon Holliday, player and Team Secretary at Leeds City Rovers, commented: “I’m thrilled Bodington Manor has sponsored our club this year – as a local, not for profit organisation we’re always on the look out for help from the local community so our club can thrive and continue providing training in a fun environment for local children and adults interested in football.”
Bodington Manor is a beautiful development of four and five bedroom detached family homes in a secluded woodland setting with fantastic links to the motorways and Leeds Bradford airport. Prices start at £499,995.
