Manchester startup iHub Office makes West Midlands move
iHub Office, the workplace and office space provider, is expanding from Manchester with the launch of a new location in the West Midlands.
iHub, which launched on level 13 of City Tower in early 2015, has also revealed its has acquired the building’s 20th floor to realise plans of harbouring the tallest serviced office in the North West.
A new Birmingham location will take iHub’s modern, luxurious and flexible office space further afield. With fit-out work beginning on the fourth floor of Colmore Gate in the new year, iHub Office will open its doors to new clients in spring.
The city centre site will offer private offices and meeting rooms, as well as hot-desking space and beautifully designed communal areas.
Leigh Scott, Manchester iHub manager, said: “iHub office Manchester’s quick success has formed the base for our growth across the rest of the UK.
“Our strong and flexible product has meant that we have quickly agreed to expand for a second time within 12 months at City Tower. iHub office will grow from strength to strength over the coming year, and our team with us.”
