North Leeds Property Agent Launches New Investor Service
WITH North Leeds widely recognised as one of the region’s best performing areas for residential property investors, Headingley’s only dedicated professional lettings specialist, Morgans, has launched an in-depth property investment advice service for potential landlords.
As part of the service, the company continually and proactively scours the market for strong investment opportunities and views properties on an ongoing basis on behalf of prospective clients. The company will also carry out full independent rental appraisals of individual properties, based on its experience of renting to professionals in the area for nearly 20 years.
