Former Apprentice winner on course for £4m turnover with digital marketing firm
The digital marketing firm founded by former BBC Apprentice winner, Mark Wright, is celebrating two years in business and is plotting overseas expansion for the first time this year.
Climb Online, Wright’s Loughton-headquartered digital marketing firm which the entrepreneur launched with Lord Sugar back in January 2015, has plans to open a Cape Town office within the next 12 months to add to its locations in Essex, central London and Bristol.
As it reaches its two year milestone, the digital marketing agency is also forecast to turn over in excess of £4m in 2016, more than doubling the £1.7m it brought in during its first year and business, following work with clients such as Groupon and Imagine Cruising.
Upon reaching its two-year milestone, 27-year-old Wright, commented: ““I am extremely proud of everything Climb Online has achieved to date – aside from exceeding our own growth objectives, we have successfully aided the growth and development of hundreds of businesses from across the UK and overseas through innovative digital marketing campaigns.
“This of course would not have been possible without the dedication of my hardworking team, and Lord Sugar’s ongoing support. I now cannot wait to see what the next two years bring!”
Lord Sugar added: “It’s been great to see everything Climb Online has achieved in the past two years. The digital marketing sector is booming as businesses realize how important marketing online is. Climb Online has been able to show their customers great results and that has been the secret to the success of our business.
“The next 12 months looks bright for us as we look to open several regional offices to support local businesses all around the UK.”
